About company

Intercars Europe (not to be confused with Inter Cars, which supplies auto parts) was established over 20 years ago in Belarus. Currently, it is a large passenger carrier capable of delivering you on time and comfortably to most European countries, as well as to Russia and Ukraine.

Modern high-quality buses manufactured by well-known Western companies (Neoplan, Man, Vanhool, Scania) run on more than 1.5 thousand routes.

They are capable of transporting passengers to major European cities located in continental Europe, and even to the UK. And thanks to successful cooperation with partner companies, which allows connecting flights requiring transfers, Interkars clients practically do not feel any discomfort.

The staff of the company is polite and helpful. At the same time, you do not need to follow the road, that is, a bus trip in this respect is much more pleasant than driving a car.

What are the bus interiors equipped with?

All buses of the company correspond to the "Grand Turismo" class. These are really high-quality comfortable cars, which have:

  • dry closet;
  • air conditioning;
  • audio recording system;
  • DVD and two screens for showing films and programs.

The passenger seats are equipped with reclining backrests, footrests, individual lighting and airflow.

The driver's seat is also quite comfortable, which is important for ensuring the safety of passengers. The buses have spacious luggage compartments and can accommodate between 49 and 63 passengers.

Purchasing tickets

Tickets for "Interkars" buses can be purchased at its offices, but it is much more convenient to use the services of an online system for their sale. This system works around the clock and is available all over the planet.

In order to purchase a ticket, you must register on the official website of the company, go to it or use the mobile application. By entering the names of the starting and ending points (for example, from Minsk to Bialystok), you will receive offers on all possible flights.

After choosing the option that suits you in terms of the price and time of arrival at your destination, you can immediately buy a ticket.

Payment is made using Visa and MasterCard or through the payment systems Webpay, PayPal and "Settlement". The purchased travel document will be sent to you by the mail indicated during registration. It needs to be printed out on a printer.

From a legal point of view, the printed ticket is no different from the one purchased at the company's office. Moreover, if such a ticket is lost, it can be printed again.

The company periodically runs promotions and announces discounts on tickets. The last such action was dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the founding of Intercars.

Reduced fares are provided for the company's own flights:

  • a group of at least 10 people can get a 10% discount;
  • children under 12 years old can travel for 50% of the cost. However, this rule does not apply to flights to Odessa and St. Petersburg - there are specially set prices for children's tickets;
  • children and young people aged 12 to 26 have the opportunity to purchase tickets with a 10 percent discount;
  • persons over 60 and disabled persons of any group also receive a 10% discount.

The eligibility for the discount must be documented. Discounts for various reasons are not cumulative.

Passenger rules

Persons who need a visa to travel abroad must take care of obtaining it on their own.

When going through border control, you should take all your belongings and go to the customs terminal. Taking pictures at the border and getting into an argument with border guards and customs officers is prohibited. If, through the fault of a passenger, a flight is delayed at the border, he will have to compensate the company for the damage.

The ticket price includes carry-on baggage and two pieces of baggage. The dimensions of each seat must not exceed 90 x 60 x 25 centimeters in three dimensions.

The weight of one piece of baggage is not more than 20 kg. For an additional fee, if there is space in the luggage compartment, it is allowed to carry oversized or extra baggage. The cost of one such piece of luggage is 10 euros.

Bus boarding starts 30 minutes before departure. Passengers are required to present tickets, personal documents - their own and minor children traveling with them, as well as visas to other states, if necessary.

It should be borne in mind that tickets are sold without seats, so the passenger can take any seat or follow the driver's instructions.

Passengers in a state of intoxication or sickness threatening other passengers may be denied boarding the bus. The complete set of rules can be found on the official website of the company.

Loyalty program for Intercars clients

To attract regular customers, the company has developed a loyalty program. Currently, only persons who have bought a ticket at the Minsk office of the company can become its participants. Moreover, the first ticket must be purchased at full cost. Immediately after that, the client will receive a program participant card.

The presence of such a card guarantees its holder the following benefits:

  • all subsequent trips are subject to a 10 percent discount. Each trip is marked on a card;
  • if within 2 years you have made 6 trips with such a card, you will be able to go to the seventh for free.

Returning tickets and exchanging them for another date

It is not possible to return purchased tickets on the day of flight departure. When returned before the departure date, the compensation includes withholding from the passenger:

  • 20% of the cost of the ticket, if it is returned 30 or more days before departure;
  • 30% - for refunds in the interval from 15 to 30 days;
  • 40% - if the ticket is returned in the period from 3 to 15 days;
  • 50% - if returned from 1 to 3 days before the check-out date.

Cancellation of a flight on the initiative of the company up to 5 days before its departure allows the full cost of the ticket to be refunded.

If you need to change the check-out date, you can do this by calling the office of the company where the ticket was purchased. Calls are accepted on weekdays from 9.00 to 23.00 in summer and from 9.00 to 22.00 in winter, Minsk time.
