  • An invitation from a Czech legal entity, which indicates its contacts, as well as the applicant's data, justification for entering the country. The invitation is issued on the company's letterhead, confirmed by a seal.
  • Extract from the commercial register of the Czech Republic on the registration of such a company.
  • International passport with two blank pages.
  • Application form in English.
  • Financial documents guaranteeing the material security of the applicant (letter of guarantee or a certificate from the bank).
  • Certificate from the place of employment indicating the position and income per month or year.
  • Medical insurance in the amount of 30 thousand euros or more.

To register for a long stay in the country, you will need a certificate stating that the applicant already has a registered business in the Czech Republic and that he has no previous convictions in the Czech Republic and at home. It is also important to confirm the availability of housing (rental housing) in the republic.

  • an extract from the commercial register of the Czech Republic on the registration of the company;
  • certificate of financial security - the presence of 5,000 euros in the account;
  • a document confirming the availability of your own or rented housing;
  • a certificate of no criminal record at home;
  • medical insurance for the duration of the visa in the amount of 60,000 euros;
  • a photocopy of the passport, which is valid for at least another year and a half;
  • an employment contract addressed to the director (smlouva o vykonu funkce jednatele).

Applications at the consulate are considered within 90-120 days. The consular fee is 95 euros.

The visa is issued for up to one year, and then renewed in the Czech Republic every two years. On the basis of such a visa, you can obtain a residence permit, and after five years of residence they will give the right to apply for permanent residence.
