Spain takes care of the poor and unemployed part of the country's population. The international public broadcaster DW last Friday, June 26, shared the latest information that Spain has introduced a minimum life annuity. It will be paid to poor unemployed citizens in the age range of 23-65 years.

Set the size of payments in the amount of 462 euros every month. For each family member, she will receive an additional 139 euros. However, it should be borne in mind that the maximum possible amount of payments per family is 1015 euros. You can't get more.

The government will allocate 3 billion euros for the annual rent. About 2.3 million poor citizens of the country will receive them. The opinion of experts on this issue is very ambiguous. Such changes will leave the poor with no incentive to go to work. After all, why work if you can just get the minimum rent and do nothing? There is another option: to get an informal job, not to pay taxes and at the same time receive an rent.

For example, those citizens who have never been employed will receive payments. There are many such residents - 25% of people under the age of 30. The minimum rent was discussed even before the spread of coronavirus infection. She was part of the program of the ruling coalition of the left-populist party Podemos.

Philip VI, who is the current king of Spain, at the beginning of the scales announced that his father Juan Carlos I, who was previously the head of state, would no longer receive money from the kingdom's budget. Due to the corruption scandal, Philip VI did not accept his father's inheritance.

He made the decision to renounce the inheritance after the investigation began, due to the mysterious transfer of $ 100 million. The money came to a possible Swiss account of the king's father, which was opened with data from the Panamanian foundation, from Saudi Arabia.
