In the first case, the prospective client must act in the following order:

  • determine the location and opening hours of the nearest branch;
  • prepare the necessary documents (it is enough for a foreigner to have a foreign passport or a residence card);
  • visit a bank branch, provide documents and answer the manager on such questions: account currency (zlotys or euros), the name of the father and mother, place of residence in Ukraine and Poland, a valid phone number.

After that, the manager will draw up a contract in two copies, which must be signed. From the moment of signing, the account is ready for use through the bank branch and on the Internet, and the card will be sent to the specified Polish address within 7-10 days.

In the case when an account is opened via the Internet, the algorithm of actions is as follows:

  • go to the main page of the bank's official website;
  • select the tab “Individual clients” (Klienci indywidualnie);
  • find and press the red button "Załóż Konto 360";
  • select the type of account, indicate personal data and contacts, agree or reject (by ticking) the provision of insurance;
  • fill in the necessary additional data (passport data, father's and mother's names, mother's maiden name) and choose the method of signing the contract;
  • check the entered data.

To complete the online account opening procedure, you need to go to the bank branch at the selected time to sign the agreement. The option of calling a courier from a bank and signing an agreement at work, at home or in another convenient place is also available.

Checking the account balance

It is very convenient to always be aware of how much money is in the account at the moment. This information can be obtained through an ATM or at a bank branch, but checking an account using Internet banking is much faster and more convenient. This requires:

  • go to your personal account (similar to the process of checking the account balance);
  • select the “Konta” bookmark;
  • go to the section "Zamykanie konta";
  • indicate the account to which the account balance should be transferred (if any), and the reason for closing the account;
  • confirm the decision by entering the code sent by the bank to the phone.

Closing takes place within 30 days, and you need to calculate the funds on the account so that they are enough for the specified period. It is important to remember that if the account balance is negative, the closing request will be rejected.
