The PR department of Aeroflot airline made a decision to provide an opportunity for economy class passengers who missed their flight or changed their minds to change their air tickets at no extra charge. The company also announced that the fee for changing the day and time of departure in travel documents on all domestic flights of the Russian Federation has been canceled. This rule will apply to all tickets with a departure date before March 21, 2021 and purchased starting from October 16.
It is possible to change the date and time and reissue tickets if you contact the place of purchase or the Aeroflot contact center no later than half an hour before the departure of the flight.
The airline has already announced a free exchange of tickets that were purchased in the summer, but this could be done no later than two days before departure.
