Orange Smart for smartphone
The price of the Smart starter package is PLN 5, together with it the company gives the client 500 MB of Internet or 50 minutes and SMS to choose from. If, after purchasing a starter, the subscriber refills the account, then he will receive 33 GB of Internet as a gift.

Go Europa and cancellation of roaming
From June 15, 2021, international roaming between EU member states has been canceled. Now Orange Polska users visiting EU countries can make calls, send SMS to any EU country at the same rates as in the Republic of Poland. There is no surcharge for messages and outgoing calls. All incoming calls and SMS are free.
If the operator provides unlimited calls and SMS within the country within the framework of your Orange tariff plan, mobile communications in the EU will be charged at home tariffs.
From June 2021, Orange customers do not need to activate the Go Europa package in order to communicate on favorable terms while in the Schengen area.
At the same time, owners of Orange Poland SIM-cards should keep in mind that cancellation of roaming does not apply to the use of mobile Internet. The cost of 1 GB in the European market in 2021 is 6 euros, but will gradually decrease until 2021.

The package for unlimited communication can be connected one-time or cyclically. The cyclic package is valid for 31 days and is automatically renewed after this time.
You cannot connect several additional packages to your tariff at the same time, so choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Currently Orange Polska offers its subscribers the service of unlimited calls, SMS and GB for 25 PLN for 31 days. The package includes:
- 10 GB of traffic (for one-time packages);
- 15 GB of Internet (for cyclical tariffs);
- 1.61 GB of traffic in the EU;
- unlimited calls to all networks;
- SMS without limit to numbers of any operator.
To activate a one-time service, send an SMS with the word START to number 696 or dial * 102 * 74 #, press the call button. Unlimited SMS can be used for all cellular networks in the country and in the European Union.
Cyclic packages are activated for 30 days and renew automatically after this time. Tariffs and activation codes in cyclic packages are the same as one-time ones, with the exception of 200 MB traffic.

The service with free calls and SMS only in the Orange network is available in the Orange Yes and Nowe Orange Go tariff plans. If you are in a different tariff and want to activate the service, then your tariff plan after activating the service will be automatically changed to Orange YES free of charge. Mandatory registration of a telephone number
The registration procedure for SIM cards is required from July 2021. The main reason for its introduction was the new anti-terrorist law of the Republic of Poland, which requires buyers of Polish cards to personally register a telephone number. This requirement applies to both citizens of the country and foreigners.
To register a number you need:
- contact any Orange office or registration point (PocztaPolska, Ruch, Neonet, MediaMarkt, Saturn, MediaExpert and others);
- indicate your data - present a document allowing you to stay in Poland (passport, visa, residence card);
- provide the number of the SIM card.
The registration process takes 10-30 minutes. To check if your number is registered, send an SMS with the word NUMER to 80190. You can find out your phone number on the envelope under the barcode or on the SIM card.
It is impossible to bypass registration in Poland. If you ignore this procedure, the company will block your number.
