  4. Business Flex includes free baggage allowance, choice of a convenient seat, the ability to change the departure date, and return a ticket.

If a certain service, such as food, is not included in the package offer, you can order it when purchasing your ticket. The airline offers a menu that includes baby food, kosher, gluten-free, vegetarian food and drinks. You can order the menu no later than 24 hours before the flight.

It is possible to book tickets for an event in the city of arrival. On the "Tours and Activities" page, you can select a destination, travel dates, from the list offered - an event of interest, then order an excursion, transfer, ticket to a concert, a football match.

Loyal customer reward system

  • 1 piece weighing up to 8 kg and maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm;
  • 1 backpack or carry-on bag, or stroller bag, or camera bag, the size of which must not exceed 35 x 20 x 20 cm;
  • for passengers who have booked a ticket as part of the Business Flex package, the weight of the allowed carry-on baggage is 12 kg.

Passengers whose belongings exceed the specified carry-on baggage allowance are required to hand them over for loading into the aircraft hold during boarding and pay an additional 50 euros for each item.

The baggage allowance that one passenger can carry is determined in accordance with the purchased package:

  • Basic - checked baggage is not allowed;
  • Essentials and Business Flex - 15 kg for domestic flights and 20 kg for international;
  • Advantage - 20 kg on all flights.

For children under 2 years of age, the baggage allowance does not depend on the package and is 10 kg on all flights.

For excess baggage on Pegasus Airlines, an additional fee is charged, the amount of which is calculated depending on the country, place of check-in, number of hours before departure.

Transportation of some items or animals requires prior approval from the airline and additional payment.

Passengers who wish to transport will have to inform and, if necessary, pay:

  • sport equipment;
  • musical instruments;
