Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, who holds the post of Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, said Turkey is one of the safest places for travel and recreation. The government department made a decision to launch such a project as "Certification of healthy tourism". It is needed to help people maintain high hygiene standards in crowded places. These include airlines, airports and other means of public transport, accommodation, hotels, cafes and restaurants.

The Minister of Culture and Tourism said that the state has responsibly approached the provision of proper security measures during such a difficult period for the whole world. Turkey takes care of both the health of local residents and the health and happy, relaxing holiday of tourists.

In addition, the Turkish government has sent letters with information about its plans and intentions to 70 countries, from which the largest number of guests arrives. These include countries such as Russia, Great Britain, Belgium, Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, etc.
