Side is not the largest city on the coast of Turkey, but it is also famous among tourists. It is preferred by lovers of calm, not extreme entertainment.
Side beaches
Beach holidays are one of the most popular destinations in a small town. Tourists choose one of two beaches - east or west. The western one is considered the safest, since the coastal strip is shallow. This place is suitable for vacationers with children.

In Side, you can see the ruined buildings of the port bath (built in the 3rd century BC), the Roman theater, and the ancient aqueduct. And 30 km from Side there is another ancient settlement - Aspendos. In summer, it hosts a themed historic opera and ballet festival. The list of natural attractions includes a waterfall Manavgat.
