Traditionally, travelers stay in hotels for an overnight stay, shower, maybe even breakfast. Rarely does someone spend large sums for renting a room with a bathroom, because there are so many interesting sights, entertainment, exciting excursions around.

But there are hotels that proudly carry the title of "weird" or "non-standard", for the night in which people will definitely want to pay a little more. Every country with a developed tourism industry has built at least one hotel, which itself can be called a "highlight".

Icehotel Icehotel (Sweden)

Far in the north, beyond the Arctic Circle, there has been an art project - an ice hotel for 25 years. The constant temperature in it is about -7 degrees. Guests sleep in sleeping bags and in thermal underwear.

Attrap'reves Montagnac ball (France)

The hotel was built from an elastic transparent material that does not transmit ultraviolet light and dampness. Each room looks like a ball. At night, a panorama of the stars opens, and during the day you can watch the life of the animal world boiling in the pine forest.
