Terminals

Of the four terminals for passenger air traffic, only three are in use - terminals A, B and C. Terminal D is located to the east of them and is used by the Royal Air Force exclusively for transporting British troops to and from Northern Germany.

Terminals A and B each have six boarding gates with jet bridges, while Terminal C has eight boarding gates.

Where is the airport and how to get there

The airport is located 11 km north of Hanover near the small town of Langenhagen, which, in fact, influenced the official name. You can get to the airport by private car, taxi, train, bus or using a transfer service.

By car, the car parks or airport terminals are easily accessible from the A7 Hamburg - Kassel / A2 Berlin-Dortmund motorway via the A352 motorway or via the Langenhagen A2 exit.

A taxi ride to the airport will cost about 30-40 euros. Travel time from the center of Hanover will be about 20 minutes.
