Which countries does the Bulgarian visa open

Bulgaria is not included in the Schengen area, but a multi-stage agreement with the Russian Federation allows entry to owners:

  • multiple Schengen visas;
  • national visas of Romania, Cyprus, Croatia.

The Bulgarian visa, except for these three countries, does not provide any other opportunities to travel.

Other types of Bulgarian visas

In addition to national visas, the country's legislation provides for the following:

  1. Air transit (type A).
  2. Transit (type B).
  3. Tourist.

Transit permits are granted for the 24 hours required for the transfer.

A tourist visa is issued for 90 days. This is a one-time permission. From June to September it is possible to obtain a visa that allows you to enter twice.

Conclusions

After the sale of housing, a multiple entry visa to Bulgaria for property owners becomes unavailable. A notarial deed that has lost its force cannot serve as a basis for issuing a multiple entry visa. The preliminary sales contract, building permits do not play a role either. Before applying for a visa, it will be useful to study all the nuances on the official website of the Bulgarian Embassy.
