Who should be tested

According to international agreements, citizens of the EAEU states are exempted from the obligation to issue a license. Residents of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan do not need a patent, so there is no need to pass the Russian language proficiency test.

As noted above, there are three sections in total - Russian language, history, fundamentals of legislation. The block "Russian language" implies the following points:

  • The foreigner is able to reproduce a logical, structured monologue on a given topic. The context is taken into account - the monologue implies colloquial speech or an official style is required;
  • A foreign citizen is ready to conduct a dialogue on various topics and in different contexts. That is, in the same way - colloquial speech, discussion of everyday issues, business communication;
  • Comprehension of spoken language. The immigrant understands the basic content of spoken language. Some nuances or words may not be clear, but the logical structure remains clear. Examiners place great emphasis on standardized speech patterns;
  • Filling out forms, questionnaires and notices, writing simple texts is not difficult;
  • The immigrant easily reads and understands small texts - announcements, fragments of dialogues, signs and inscriptions.

The block on the history of Russia is a multi-choice assignment. The section defines the knowledge of the migrant in the following areas:

  • The most important events in Russian history in chronological order - for example, the beginning of Christianity in Russia, the abolition of serfdom;
  • Fundamental social traditions and holidays are ethnic, religious and cultural. For example, New Year, Constitution Day of the Russian Federation;
  • Famous statesmen and public figures - rulers, poets, scientists, military leaders.

Tasks are divided into categories - Ancient Russia, Muscovy, 18th century, and so on. Example: Name a Russian scientist who discovered the periodic table of elements in the second half of the 19th century?

The last section is the legislation of the Russian Federation. Similarly, you need to choose the appropriate answer. An emigrant must understand the Constitution of the Russian Federation and know the basic concepts of civil, labor and migration law. Some tasks are very simple - you need to explain what is depicted on the coat of arms of Russia, or answer what the flag of the Russian Federation looks like. Others are more complicated.

Example:Can foreigners be called up for military service in the Russian Federation? Do foreigners have the right to enter military service under a contract in the Russian Federation?

More detailed information and examples of tasks can be found on the official website of the Russian Test Consortium. The consortium is a specialized government organization dealing with testing.

Is it possible to retake the exam

It is allowed to retake the exam. Moreover, successful submodule delivery will be credited and documented. That is, if the "vocabulary and grammar" submodule has been passed, it is not necessary to retake it. In this case, the educational institution issues a special certificate, which must be presented when re-testing. The price for the second attempt will be reduced - it will be only 2500 rubles.

Attention! The number of retakes is not limited.

When a certificate of passing the test is issued and what does it give
