Who among us and our Western friends doesn't like rich, savory dishes? The answer is obvious: both nations love salads because they never get boring due to the variety and variability of ingredients. A perfect example is Berlin Salad, which tastes fresh and fresh and its composition is ingeniously simple.

What is remarkable about the "Berlin salad"

The first feature is that there are countless variations of the salad. That is, any housewife can take the original recipe as a basis, changing it to suit her taste, the preferences of the household, or in accordance with the case for which he is preparing.

The second point to pay attention to is the main ingredients of the salad, since it is desirable to keep them unchanged.

First of all, the dish must invariably include a meat component. It can be made with sausage, sausages, bavarian or game sausages, chicken, or even pork.

By choosing different meat products, it is quite possible to change the overall taste of the salad, giving it a special touch. Other essential ingredients are pickled or pickled cucumbers, onions and young juicy greens.

The rest of the ingredients can be added or excluded from the salad. These include: fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, boiled eggs, cheese (hard or smoked sausage), cabbage or potatoes.

"Berlin salad" belongs to the category of not particularly complex and hearty appetizers, especially when you want everything to be simple, fast and tasteful.
